Common Questions
Do I need QuickBooks Online?
QuickBooks Online is the platform Numbers Crew uses to manage your books. If you don't already have a subscription, that's perfectly fine — we'll handle the setup for you.
Can you help me set up QuickBooks?
Yes. If you don't currently use QuickBooks Online, Numbers Crew will create your subscription and send you setup instructions. You will remain the primary account owner at all times.
What happens if I exceed 200 transactions?
If your actual transaction volume exceeds the estimate you provided in your application, your monthly pricing may be adjusted accordingly. We will communicate any changes before they take effect.
Do you support payroll?
Payroll is available under a Custom Plan. Mention it in your application and we will include it in your personalized review.
Do you support inventory?
Inventory tracking is available under a Custom Plan. Select "Yes" for inventory in your application and we will factor it into your quote.
How quickly can I get started?
Applications are reviewed within 1 business day. Once approved, you will receive onboarding instructions and your subscription will begin shortly after.
